Everything worked out great: 4-person team arrived on time on February 12th. appeared for loading in Dortmund and on February 13th (after Shrove Monday) for unloading in Celle, the lamps were also replaced and the dishwasher was professionally connected, small extra requests were also happily taken care of. Electrician, kitchen builder and fitter of the extensive bedroom furnishings were all in one at the same time also column leader. After about 4 hours everything was done to our complete satisfaction. There was no damage or loss. Everything found its place again except for the last key.

Traumatized by storing all my household items!
By selling an apartment, everything had to be temporarily stored. I was not looking for the cheapest freight forwarder, and I relied on the statement by the owner Köster that my belongings will be stored safely and locked in a locked container! That also seemed understandable to me.
Every month I paid a ton of money for storage, over € 400! A new apartment was found after 9 months. The packers were very fast and I was amazed at the few boxes ... it meant that they were distributed everywhere - now sign quickly, we have to move on! Still a craftsman behind and completely annoyed, I signed! Broken, tattered cardboard boxes, hidden, broken pictures (glass missing), clothes boxes were missing and some smelled musty, everything was distributed everywhere. So I can list a list of defects. My complaint was completely ignored. I was insulted and verbally abused over the phone! Mails were not answered at all, registered letters were ignored and my offer to search the warehouse (alone) was of course also ignored. Thus, my property, the entrusted and dearly paid storage, was treated carelessly, disrespectfully and unprofessionally. Not only mine, but also my children's pasts have disappeared in the form of photos! I am reminded of this club every day because I miss something or ask my children about old things - that have disappeared with the cardboard boxes! This forwarding company may be useful for removals because everything remains on the truck - but storage is probably used here for self-service or is left unprofessionally to the packers! This "entrepreneur" never received an apology or contact. Arrogance comes before the case of Mr. Köster! And I will surely remember your arrogance! Unfortunately, contacting your wife (managing director of the Herdeck community) did not help either. A shame and my anger is immeasurable even after 5 years! Nevertheless, I owe other warehouse customers a rating!

The move of a private household took place in summer when the weather was good. The number of movers seemed sufficient; the kitchen should be dismantled and rebuilt. I opted for the company's higher offer compared to the price comparison, as I relied on the advertised professionalism, and waived additional relocation insurance (only the provider's statutory basic liability seemed to be sufficient). Unfortunately, two cabinets were damaged, which the employee who examined the damage on site also judged as a move-related damage. However, since I did not provide this within 24 hours, I was denied a refund / compensation. Even the kitchen work itself was inadequate in terms of price-performance ratio and carried out with little commitment.
I cannot recommend the company.

Parquet and walls scratched, refrigerator and several
Furniture badly damaged. Unfortunately, no when settling the damage

discovered by me later. The staff completely incapable. A movers
fell off the lifting platform along with the furniture. This damage was also
not acknowledged. The furniture (pax-closet) was not returned as agreed
built up. For that you then paid 3600 €. Never again!

With this rating, we would like to thank you very much for this smooth move. 3.5 rooms 75sqm 1st floor. Everything went as we agreed beforehand. Sympathetic, friendly, competent and sometimes fun employees. Moving is fun this way. The employees were open to wishes and had a solution ready for every small problem. Care was taken that nothing was damaged, whether on the furniture or in the apartments. Everything was professionally dismantled and rebuilt within 8 hours. Again, thank you very much for that and gladly again. We can only recommend your company. Keep it up!

Since two moves have already been carried out in our family with Reichling GmbH Möbelspedition and we have not heard any complaints about the organization and procedure, we made an appointment to meet. Unfortunately, it became clear later that the absence of a complaint is not a recommendation. The managing director appeared in person on the agreed date and we had a quick and professional discussion of our planned move. He advised us which furniture should be dismantled so that it can be transported and which should be loaded in one piece. He also specifically asked which furniture/lamps should be dismantled and reassembled by his employees. Here the large pull-out sofa in the living room and the large PAX wardrobe in the bedroom were to be mentioned, for which we would have gladly accepted assembly help. Unfortunately, for structural reasons, a furniture lift could not have been used for loading from the top floor apartment, since neither kitchen furniture such as dining table and chairs nor large electrical appliances should have been loaded (stove & dishwasher belong to the apartment and washing machine/dryer are on the ground floor) and we did not have an order Having discussed the disposal of the refrigerator or other furniture, the managing director was able to calm down due to his 30 years of experience in the industry, so the effort would be kept within limits. At the moment, the basement and attic are used for temporary storage of sorted out baby toys and clothes, as well as discarded furniture and electronic devices, which we will explicitly dispose of ourselves. We tried to make that clear to Mr. K. during the meeting. Unfortunately, it turned out that Mr. K. seemed to have forgotten details from the meeting: The item for dismantling and assembling the wardrobe and sofa was missing from the offer. If we hadn't noticed that, we probably would have had to pay for it. The loading and unloading volume also seemed too high to us. Everyone makes mistakes, even at 30 years of age, so we wanted to reconsider the offer. Irritatingly, the managing director Mr. K. was not willing to talk constructively with us about the offer. He ignored my reminder of the promised furniture assembly and when I commented that the transport volume was too high and therefore the price was not justified, he only replied that he had been doing it for 30 years, he could estimate it correctly. It became amusing when, in response to my comment that the entire apartment should not be emptied as it is, but on the contrary, a lot of furniture and boxes with obsolete clothing and other household effects are not part of the order, he only remarked moodily that it had to be transported anyway will. No, Mr. K., what I don't ask you to do is not your problem. Confronted with the fact that a move over 500km from Berlin to Dortmund at the end of '19 didn't even cost half as much with 40m³ and that (although disposal of bulky waste amounting to 400€ and 2-day interim storage of household goods were ordered there), he just meant this well-known Berlin moving company with Z tauge nicht, he doesn't think much of them, and if I'm satisfied with that, then that's my business. The managing director didn't seem to need the order, tired from all the "talking about it" he wanted to end the conversation and told me to look for another company. In order to save the order, I offered him that he didn't have to take anything that didn't fit in the truck with him. We can also include that in the contract, that would be my risk. He didn't go into that, rather he didn't have to listen to it, he'd been doing it for 30 years. It is well known that you can still learn something new after 30 years. In fact, fortunately, there are many well-established and traditional moving companies in the area. In my family and circle of acquaintances I will have to advise against working with Reichling.
